Research-led. Operationally focused. Secure systems.

pattrn.ai is a research, science and intelligence company operating at the intersection of AI safety, information integrity, and public sector resilience. Grounded in years of research experience at world-leading universities, we combine expertise in data science, machine learning, and open-source intelligence to identify risks that cut across traditional boundaries.

We are an Oxford University spin-out. Our team studies coordinated information campaigns, develops rigorous evaluation frameworks for frontier AI systems, and assesses AI-enabled simulation tools. We deliver structured, evidence-based intelligence to governments, public institutions, and allied partners, and we operate at the pace of the technology itself.

Core capabilities

Threat Intelligence & Monitoring

Real-time monitoring and structured analysis of information operations, adversarial narratives, and online harms. Continuous insight for early warning and strategic response.

AI Safety Evaluation

Structured large scale expert in the loop testing frameworks for assessing democratic harms, fraud and deception misuse potential, radicalisation threats and information operation facilitation in frontier AI systems. We assess models across tens of thousands of threat vectors in near real-time.

Trusted AI Deployment

Independent evaluation and assurance testing for AI integration, assessing system performance, resilience, and safety in real-world operational conditions. Secure validation frameworks for deploying AI agents, focussed on the public sector.
